ગુજરાત એ રાજસ્થાન ને અડીને આવેલું રાજય છે.જેમાં ગુજરાત રાજ્યનો બનાસકાંઠા જિલ્લો એ રાજસ્થાન ની સીમા આવેલો જિલ્લો છે.જેથી રાજસ્થાન થી પશુઓને કતલખાને લઈ જવા મોટા પ્રમાણ માં હેરાફેરી કરવામાં આવે છે.તો બીજી તરફ જીવદયા પ્રેમીઓ દ્વારા અનેકવાર પશુઓની હેરાફેરી કરતા શખ્સો ને ઝડપી પાડવામાં આવે છે.ત્યારે આજે વધુ એક ટ્રક ભરીને પશુઓને કતલખાને જતા રોકાવી બચાવ્યા છે.
સમગ્ર ઘટના ની વાત કરવામાં આવે હિમાલય અને તેના મિત્ર સાથે ગાડી લઈ પાલનપુર થી છાપી તરફ આવી રહેતા હતા.તે દરમિયાન એક ટ્રક રાજસ્થાન તરફથી આવતી ગાડીની ઓવર ટેક કરી તે દરમિયાન ટ્રક માંથી પશુઓનો અવાજ આવતા શંકાસ્પદ લાગતા એ ટ્રક ને રોકાવાનો ઇશારો કરતા પરંતુ ટ્રક ચાલકે ગાડી ઉભી રાખેલ નહિ પુરઝડપે બે ફામ ચલાવી છાપી તરફ જતો હોઈ તે ટ્રકનો પીછો કરી કણોદર પુલથી આગળ શેરપુરા ગામના પાટિયા નજીક સહકાર હોટલ રોડ નું કામ ચાલતું હોવાથી ટ્રક ધીમે થતા સહકાર હોટલ આગળ ટ્રક ને ઉભી રખાવેલ ટ્રક ને તાંડપત્રી બાંધેલ હોવાથી તાંડપત્રી ખોલી ટ્રક માં જોતા ટ્રકમાં 40 જેટલા દોઢ થી બે વર્ષ ની ઉંમરના પાડા ખીચોખીચ એકબીજા સાથે ચામડી ઘસાય તેમજ સહેજ હલન ચલન ન કરી શકે તે રીતે ભરેલ હોઈ તેમજ ગળે ટૂંપો આવે તે રીતે દોરડા ઓથી ચુસ્ત બાંધેલ હોઈ તેમજ ટ્રકમાં કોઈજ પ્રકારનું ઘાસ કે પાણી ની વ્યવસ્થા ન હોઈ તેમજ ટ્રક ચાલકને તેનું નામ પૂછતાં તેનું નામ સરફરાજભાઈ મુસ્તાકએહમદ શેખ રહે.હિંમતનગર વાળો હોવાનું જણાવેલ તેને 40 પાડા ક્યાં થી ભરેલા તેમજ કયાં લઈ જવામાં આવી રહ્યા છે
.ત્યારે ટ્રક ચાલક એ જણાવેલ કે રાજસ્થાન ના સોજત થી ભરેલા તેમજ કડી ખાતે કતલખાનાની મંડીમાં લઈ જવાતા હોવાનું જણાવેલ તે બાદ ફરિયાદીએ રાજપુર ડીસા પાંજરાપોળનાં જીવદયાપ્રેમી કાર્યકર્તાઓ તેમજ ટ્રસ્ટીઓએ પાલનપુર કંટ્રોલરૂમ ખાતે જાણ કરતા છાપીથી પોલીસ ઘટના સ્થળે આવી પોલીસ સાથે ટ્રક માં ભરેલ 40 પાડા સાથે ટ્રક ચાલકને છાપી પોલીસ મથકે લાવી ટ્રક ચાલક વિરુદ્ધ હિમાલયકુમાર રમેશભાઈ માલોસણીયા એ ફરિયાદ નોંધાવી પોલીસે ફરિયાદ નોંધી. તમજ ભેસવંશ જીવને સારસંભાળ માટે ડીસા તાલુકાની કાંટ ખાતે આવેલ રાજપુર ડીસા પાંજરાપોળમાં લાવવમાં આવ્યા હતા ત્યાં ટ્રસ્ટીની સુચનાથી પાંજરાપોળમાં હાજર ગોવાળોએ તમામ પશુઓની ટ્રકમાંથી નીચે ઉતારી ઘાસચારા,પાણીની વ્યવસ્થા કરવામાં આવી હતી ઉપરાંત જે પશુને સારવારની જરૂર હતી તેઓને પશુ તબીબ દ્વારા તાત્કાલી યોગ્ય સારવાર કરવામાં આવી હતી.
